Claus Potthoff @ LI Gallery | my first solo exhibition at 798 ART ZONE in Beijing ...

For nearby two weeks 24 pieces of my artwork are on display at LI Gallery in the heart of the famous 798 ART ZONE in Beijing. Even if  LI Gallery was already established 17 years ago and is one of the oldest galleries at 798 ART ZONE it's the first time having fine art photography on the walls.

For the first half of 2024, this is my new photographic project. Back to photography without lenses, with a depth of field from zero to infinity, but without the usual sharpness of a lens and with mostly very long exposure times. Certainly, a challenging and exciting experience beyond our perfect world of digital photography.

The first results will then also be online here at Spring 2025.
